The product is effective and balanced my upset stomach nicely when in regular use. I should come up with a better way to ingest this since mixing it with water and drinking it just make me sick. The smell, taste and texture is not nice.

I have been using Psyllium husk to supplement my fiber intake for years. It works. Thanks for the fast shipping too.

I'm using this with Sonne's #7 as it's highly recommended to combine psyllium husk with bentonite clay for colon cleansing. Make sure you stir it in the water (with or without bentonite clay) and drink it before it turns into gel, then chase it down with another mug of water. If you don't drink sufficient water, psyllium husk may actually make you more constipated! Now's whole psyllium husk smells and tastes really fresh and it's great value for money for such a large packet. I've decanted mine into two wide-mouth jars for easier usage.
