This is a delicious coffee, and I am a bit of a coffee snob. It's perfectly roasted - full-bodied and dark, but not too intense in the way a French roast can often be. It's my favourite of the Organic Coffee Co blends. Better for those who prefer a flavoursome, full-bodied arabica, without crazy levels of caffeine.

I brew this with a hand drip cone and am pleased with the flavor. I also love that it's organic and a progressive family company.
