I'm addicted to fried tofu, and this cornstarch is great for coating tofu chunks in before frying. I especially like the fact that it is organic, because corn seems to be the favorite crop to genetically modify these days. I avoid that stuff at all costs.

Every time we spend money we vote, so it is nice to vote for the company's whose values reflect your own. At least now I know I'm not putting harmful GMOs in my food when I use this corn starch.
