Not bad but not the best. It has a slightly bitter taste like "false cinnamon" – cassia.

Very simple package -- excellent product. My daughter and I have these in banana smoothies (soy milk, yoghurt, honey, ground sesame powder, and Cinnamon). Tastes really great!
