Congratulations to authors. 80 whopping pages about AHCC. This is very heavy reading. I think the abbreviation AHCC gets mentioned over 1000 times. If you have gone trough all the freebies that there is, maybe then you will pick this book. Use google image search and type "what the **** am I reading meme" to get a perfect review.
