A useful substitute for harmful starch for sauces and desserts!
I use when baking a cheesecake or similar pies with a "liquid" filling on top of sour cream or curd pasta with or without fruit.
For sauces and sauces.
And very often, for sweet berry toping children for cottage cheese, ice cream or porridge. For example: 5 frozen strawberries slightly defrost in the microwave + 1 tablespoon of sugar, mash with a fork, add 1-2 tablespoons of water and a teaspoon without a slide of powder tapioca, I bring it to the boil in the microwave.
And for three minutes, ready to flavor a delicious strawberry sauce, with which any curd comes to cheers :)
Powder tapioka thickens, dwells, the taste does not affect. One spoon is needed, so the package is economical and I have enough for almost a year.
