Source Naturals is a good quality company and I have been buying their products for years. I used to buy them at Whole Foods. I do not have that store where I live now and was very pleased when I saw them on iHerb! It has antioxidants ingredients for eye support. The size of this product is good for the money. There are 60 capsules and you only take 1 a day. Since they are capsules, there is no bad taste. I have been using it about 1 month, and I can see some improvement already in my vision.
