It's been hard to find the replacement pads for the AccuRelief TENS unit. The unit I have connects to the pads thru two wires (one that connects to the unit and the other that connects to the pad. This kit is different in that the lead wire snaps to the pad itself but you have to buy two boxes in order to get two "lead wires" if your unit offers two (with a total of 4 pads). In the end, the connection (snap) to the pad seems more efficient. I don't know if the pads it snaps to are universal or specific to the AccuRelief TENS unit. They appear to be a "universal" pad so getting replacement pads may be easier. I rated okay, because the item is different from what came with the original TENS unit and because you have to buy two boxes to get 2 lead wires (4).
