Being new to the paleo diet, I thought I'd use this product for baking. Well, my finished paleo cinnamon rolls could easily have been on a Pinterest "nailed it" picture. This flour is too coarse to use for that kind of baking, and the "dough" ended up too wet. I will not use it for baking again.

This product was very good we made pignoli cookies and almond short bread. It was a little bit high in price compared to Now almond meal. Next time I will buy the Now product.

First time I've used this almond flour today in a homemade fat head pizza. Turned out really good compared to another brand I've tried previously. T C Q 8 7 7 to save!

Great substitute for grain based flour for baked goods, I also make almond meal of my own by making nut milk. I soak my almonds overnight to decrease the phytic acid. Next morning I blend them with water, then I pour the mixture through muslin/cheesecloth over my sieve, which leaves me with almond pulp, once dried and ground this is almond meal/flour.
