I bought 3 different Cargo's eyeshadow sticks. One of them was Botany Bay (matte/rosy brown) and so far I really like this eyeshadow stick. It can be worn alone for an easy wash of color, as an eyeshadow base, or worn with other eyeshadow sticks/powders. It applies creamy and there's enough time to blend the edges before it dries down to a matte finish. I will say if you are darker than Light/Medium, you may not see as much of the color.
Hudson Bay (shimmery gunmetal grey) is another really nice color for a soft to dramatic smoky eye....or a softer eyeliner when using a small detailing brush. It's even stayed in waterline without smudging all-over my contact lens.
Glacier Bay (frosty cream) is a nice product to apply the inner corners or lower waterline to wake-up the eyes. I don't find it too frosty/metallic, but just enough to add some dimension and look a tiny bit more natural than a matte white.
I haven't tested this the pool or on the beach...but under hot/humid weather, profuse sweating, heavy rain, jogging in over 36C/96F degrees with 70% humidity...I haven't had any smudging, creasing, or the dreaded raccoon-eyes.
