Excellent product and service! Most people think they can get selenium from Brazil Nuts. That is not the case. The data on brazil nuts comes from one experiment conducted long ago in one area in South America that had fertile soils. The soil where Brazil nuts a grown these days does not have much selenium. So this supplement is necessary to maintain strong bones, hair and nails.

I drink this dosage in 2 months, then a break of 2 months and start drinking again. my technique is set precisely for turning t4 into t3, without replenishing selenium, this conversion will be impossible. for those who have T4 in the upper third of the referendum, and t3 low, without filling the deficit, the selenium conversion will not take place.

Great product! Perfectly compensates for the deficiency of selenium, already after 10 days of intake, showed excellent results with the test for peroxide.
