I have diabetes and read that using one tablespoon of Cinnamon a day helps reduce your dependence on Blood Sugar medicine. I wanted to try Ceylon Cinnamon because the usual household Cinnamon is called Cassia Cinnamon and has about 5% Coumarin (and is supposedly banned in Germany) while the Ceylon Cinnamon I am now using has only 0.004% Coumarin. I wanted to test the taste and consistency of Ceylon Cinnamon as opposed to Cassia so I order this small amount. Then after tasting real Ceylon Cinnamon....I ordered 1lb of Ceylon Cinnamon and have been using it every day. I believe it has helped to lower my Blood Sugar numbers with the help of The 30-DAY DIABETES CURE. Although this was a small amount of Ceylon Cinnamon...it served it's purpose and I now order 1lb of Ceylon Cinnamon from DRUERA.

This Cinnamon is better than what you can get in stores, use this in so many different ways and love it. The product is not overpowering and is the best Cinnamon I have come across.

One of only 2 safe cinnamon varieties to take on a daily basis. A very soft, subtle taste & aroma it is nothing like the cinnamon I grew up with. Really worth seeking it. I love it.

I love cinnamon! I sprinkle it on everything from my morning oats, eggs, coffee, tea, everything! You won't even notice a difference in taste and it's healthy!

Never tried the ceylon cinnamon before, it is certainly different. Not as spicy, it is sweater and more creamy. I might keep one of both, this is great for a more subtle and rounded taste.

This is the cure for oral thrush (white tongue). Nothing works like ceylon cinnamon.

Cinnamon is said to have many potential health benefits such as effects on glucose metabolism and body weight. However, the common type of cinnamon in the market (cassia cinnamon) contains a much higher concentration of coumarin, which has been shown to be toxic to the liver and kidneys, and may also be carcinogenic. Ceylon cinnamon has a much lower concentration of coumarin and therefore is much safer to consume especially in high amounts. In addition, other benefits of ceylon cinnamon include antioxidant, antimicrobial and anti-parasitic activity, digestive health and blood pressure reduction. Ceylon cinnamon has a sweeter taste than cassia, which makes great dessert. Please click "yes" if you find this review helpful and feel free to visit my page :)
