I usually buy my mushrooms from another brand and in powder, but this time I got these ones since they were on sale. I have skin concerns and particularily on my nose where I remove a white mass regularly. Since I started taking this supplement though, it doesn't seem to grow back, or if it does, it's much slower since I can't notice it. I'm therefore assuming at least one of the components is working and that the quality is decent.
I also didn't get any digestive issues. I take it in the morning with all my other supplements and digestive enzymes and didn't get any side effect from this so far. I also have mast cells and immunity issues probably due to long covid, so it's hard to tell if I feel more energetic but I don't feel worse which is a bonus since my body tends to have strong reactions to a lot of things. There also isn't a bunch of useless ingredients so that must have helped.
On the bottle you can read "Not manufactured with milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, sesame, or gluten. Processed in a FDA-registered third-party audited and cGMP-compliant facility that my process other products that contain these allergens or ingredients.
The following are in a powder blend: Agaricus, Chaga, Cordyceps, Lion'S Mane, Maitake, Oyster Mushroom, Reishi, Sangwang, Shiitake, Turkey Tail (mycelium, promordia, fruiting bodies and extracellular compounds).
The following are in an extract blend by Immune Assist, a trademark of Aloha Medicinals : Agaricus, Reishi, Maitake, Shiitake, Turkey Tail, Cordyceps (mycelium, priordia, fruiting bodies and extracellular compounds).
The other ingredients are Modified Cellulose (hypromellose Veggie Cpasule and Organic White Milo (growing substrate).
One serving is one capsule. The capsules are easy to swallow and don't have a particular smell and the bottle is the right size, and not exaggeratedly big for no reason. It's easy to open and it was properly sealed when I opened it and the package arrived in good condition.
Overall I recommend the product. Mushrooms in general contain proteins, minerals and vitamins and linoleic acids to name a few. The worse that can happen is that you "only" ate a superfood. I hope this helps!
