I purchased this to improve my milk supply however I found out that fenugreek can actually hinder your supply and I am unfortunately one of the people where this is the case. Avoid this product if you know that fenugreek can hinder your milk supply. Having said that I didn’t actually take any because I didn’t want to take the risk of lowering my milk supply. This product may work well for you but I can’t say if it worked for me sorry.
