My fav go to pizza crust as it is light and flaky. I use a spatula to spread the dough on parchment paper over pizza pans. 1/2 box makes 2 of 9x11 pans. I flip them after 15 minutes for the best texture.

easy to prepare (no yeast/rising to worry about). Very tasty flavour dough and where it remained crispy it was great, but most of the pizza was soggt. Cooked as per instructions first time, then second time cooked base longer to cook thoroughly, but still was soggy once toppings added and pizza ready to eat. Didn't happen with other glutenfree pizzas I tried (so don't think I'm adding too much sauce/cheese etc). Real shame, as the taste of the dough itself really is good.
