I didn't know that taking vitamin supplement improve hearing loss, but after my internet research I found supplements such as Butchers Broom, Vinpocetine would work for hearing improvement and this product is one of a few that includes those ingredients. Iherb was out of stock when needed to reorder so had to search for another outlet and of the other sources was able to obtain at even a better price which is usually hard to beat Iherb's
