I used various liquid magnesium supplements and the quality of this one is great. The dose was enough for me even during pregnancy and the effect was immediately felt. My sleep was better (during pregnancy muscle cramps can be really tough) and my stools were better - meaning I was not constipated, This mineral is essential during pregnancy as the demand is high and the benefit is immense. The size is good and sufficient for a while. I can't say I admired the taste but my partner liked it so I guess it's very personal.
