This is the first time I've tried this brand of boron. I usually use straight up pure Boron glycinate, which honestly I thinks works better. Been using this brand for about a week, it seems to work alright but I think I'll be going back to my normal boron supplement next time. Benefits of Boron is good for bones and can supposedly increase your free testosterone by about 11% according the what I've read. Quality seems to be good.
