On a whim, I decided to try out a different pancake brand and fortunately enough, this brand was on promo in iHerb. Being a pancake lover, I can honestly say Bob Red Mill 'Homestyle Pancake and Waffles mix' tasted so good that you will want to eat more of it and for the rest of your morning breakfast. It taste great and it taste, it fills you up till lunch and ingredients, I knew I had to tried the rest of them. Upon receiving my orders for a dozen of Bob Red Mill pancakes mix, the first pancake mix I tried was Buckwheat Pancake & Waffle Mix, Whole Grain. For the size and serving, the price was just too good to be true. Pack full of healthy ingredients, it's amazing how such a quality product is package in a small size bag.

The pancakes from Bob's are just like homemade ones - the texture is always fluffy and soft. They are convenient and taste just right, making it my go-to version. The packaging size and portions for this particular version are reasonable, and just right for me with 1/3 cup. I will mix some milk, butter and an egg too. I haven't been disappointed by Bob's flours so far. I even purchased their oats and soda powder. I'll be buying more from them.

I’ve used other pancake mixes, but this one seems to be the best. The good quality ingredients really enhances the taste of this product. Very fluffy and light when I make them. In the waffle maker, they are the perfect too. I feel like the opening for the package is a little bit narrow, but that’s not a big issue. Would definitely buy this product again. I just wish it was a bigger size.
