This product gave me heart palpitations so I presume I am sensitive to the processed stevia powder that is in it ( as I have sensitivity to artificial sweeteners). I also found it was overly sweet. a teaspoon is still too much in 8oz of water. I think buying electrolyte Trace mineral drops is a better way to get electrolytes , in a less of a processed artificial way. I would never recommend this product to anyone I cared about, nor would I take it again if it was free. Its gone in the bin!
Quality is on very high level. Fruity taste, a bit salty and sweet. Ingredients is very good, it contains sweetener like stevia which is absolutely harmless for body. Big size, so it's gonna long stay . In my opinion it's the best and tasty hydration for me. I like to get benefit for my body just to drink super healthy and tasty fluid.U have wait few minutes till the powder dissolved.

thumbs up for the quality due to the ingredients of this electrolyte. it benefits and hydrates me after my workout. It taste great too. An active sports minded individual needs this kind of electrolyte when training. it realy maintains a right balance of fluid in my body. As for the packing and the size is ok.
This product is fast becoming my goto in spite of my hesitation with it at first. There is a little bit of an after taste because of the Stevia in the product and it falls slightly shy of optimum sweetness to me, but as someone that is highly addicted to sugar and has been actively trying to stop consumption as much as I can, I have gotten very used to the flavor. After the 3rd time I tried it, it was like my body craved it. Energy-wise, the product works. I feel very hydrated upon drinking it and the extra vitamin C and Magnesium give me the extra energy I need to finish out my day without having the crash that usually comes from Gatorade or other sugar-laden products. I will definitely purchase again.
I used to get the mixed berries and grapes flavor in 250g jars. They were excellent, dissolved fast and tasted great. The only downside was, the remaining powder has lumped soon after a few weeks of consuming. And the lumps were as hard as rock. I had to give up. I like these individual packs, easy to carry around and never lumps.
