My favorite Pre Workout when I’m on a budget. I’m a college student and sometimes money can be tight, but I can’t leave those gains behind right? The amount of caffeine was strong, but wasn’t over powering. The Creatine inside is a nice tough, but since I already supplement it and it’s such a small amount per scoop,I find it pointless. As for taste, I bought a Marguerite flavor, since it was cheaper than the others, probably because nobody wanted it. It was surprisingly delicious, but I do have a big sweet tooth. It does not blend well, and I often found there was always powder at the bottom even when adding extra water and shaken it vigorously. Doesn't pack a super hype punch like some preworkouts, but it always gets the job done & gives my muscles that warm pain free feeling that helps me breeze through tuff workouts uninhibited. If you like C4 products, or are looking at trying a preworkout without breaking bank, this is definitely a solid option. Awesome pre-workout! I do some heavy strength training, with workouts lasting over 2 hrs. I drink this in the middle of the workout to replenish me energy and it works :D
