I prefer Greek yogurt to regular yogurt as it is always more tasty - but it is usually more expensive, too. I grow a lot of fruit in my garden, like blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, mango, dragon fruit and bananas, so I bought this to be able t save money, and still have tasty fruit yogurt. It was really very easy to use; I like the taste and the quality, and will definitely purchase again.

I made Greek yogurt in America for many years, starting with a jar of yogurt, a pot, 4 cup pyrex measuring cup, a fine sieve and a oven that had. a light. However, moving to Israel I have not had a oven with a light and the containers of yogurt don't work so well. I found this product. The first time, it did not get very thick, but I saved a portion and my husband still used the rest with his whey protein. Subsequently, each batch got thicker (but never thick enough that I could use the sieve). Then he forgot to save a couple tablespoons and we have had to start all over with a new package. But that was user error.
