I used this as my alternative shampoo, body wash and facial cleanser! I used this as a hand wash too and doesn't dry my skin at all! Regarding viscosity, it’s more aqueous than creamy (it’s about the same thickness as most hand/body liquid soaps), so it does better in a pump than a squeeze tube if you decide to put it into different containers. Will repurchase again!

This lotion is prescribed to help people with excema or psoriais but it is also very helpful for dermatitis. instead of washing the whole body with it i discovered that rubbing the wash on lower legs where it is most apparent and it is exteremly helpful even more then prescribed ointments.
