I love this product. I suffer from multiple food intolerances, and this always helps if I have bad gut and intestinal symptoms. this is now in tablet form instead of capsule, and to be honest I much preferred the capsules. This has a bitter after taste, so maybe take with a flavoured drink.
It works for me, to reduce bloat ness, reduce air in my stomach and helps digestion. However the troublesome part is I have to take a pill with each meal which means I take 3 pills per day if I have 3 meals. Hope manufacturer can come with a formula to have 1 pill for a day. This dietary supplement was great for me, it has more enzymes than NOW pancreatin (I used it before) and plus probiotics. The best option for problems with the gastrointestinal tract. I drank it for a month in a course 2 times a day with meals. Parents felt relief from the first days, the stool improved after a week, the swelling stopped, but they began to consume less carbohydrates. It helps a lot with stomach fullness and bloating, especially if you have eaten something heavy. The quality is excellent and mostly taking 1 pill is good enough, it starts working in about 15-20 minutes and you feel very 'light' afterwards. The pills are small in size and have a neutral taste, so there was absolutely no issue with that, I can only see positives with this product and would definitely recommend it to anyone.
