This is a great addition to the battle to minimize gout attacks and lower uric acid without the usual medical industry recommendations. I found this much more effective then any individual cherry or cherry/celery seed supplement. Of course...diet, exercise and the elimination of all the "red flag" foods and beverages is essential as well. I went from uric acid levels of 525 to 400 in seven weeks when I added this to my regimen. I also eliminated 98% of all desserts, high fructose fruits and increased my water intake.
