I love this Omega 3. It's strong and powerful. I feel it helps me alot at the gym and testosterone. I bought this because of the high amount of EPA(450mg) /DHA (300mg) compared to others. Size of capsule is a bit big but easy to swallow. No fishy aftertaste. Good quality since per description, it is Nordic sourced. My only concern is that it seems to consists of ethyl esters & not triglycerides. Best form of Omega 3 though is triglycerides because it's better absorbed by our bodies.

I've been taking this supplement since 2018, since then I've no issues having bone or muscle weakness and able to jog for more than 20mns with normal heart rate and still continue taking it though it's pricey but quality consumer products.
it is high dosage of omega 3 fish oil at very affordable price, i normally consume 1000mg of DHA to keep the heart functioning well, this is a good price product.
Best Omega 3 on the market ! Quality is A1 been buying them since 3 years now cause they made from great ingredients and they have no after taste ! That’s what I like the most ain’t coming back to my old ones !
I take for mom, because she rarely eats fish, swallowing is not difficult. Mom takes with vitamin D3 and magnesium after dinner, usually this is cottage cheese 9 percent.
Don’t stop carrying this product. It is amazing for the price taste good and I feel the difference. It also is helping to keep me heart healthy.
