I'm a USA citizen living abroad somewhere in SE Asia. Mexican food is hard to find. I've lived in New Mexico where HATCH chiles are grown. Thus, I'm a Mexican food addict as long as the chiles are at least medium hot. My wife made the tacos per my instructions. I had her buy a kilogram of ground beef packed in 1/2 kg size that equals one USA pound. The package came with taco seasoning, but we used my Hot Taco Seasoning that I brought from a recent trip to USA. The Taco Shells are reasonably large so they will hold maybe a fourth of your cooked 1/2 kg ground beef. Pay attention here. One can buy powdered McCormick Taco Seasoning here at iHerb website. I recommend you buy a couple of packages with this Taco Kit. We had meat left over after I ate 3 or 4 tacos and we used the liquid seasoning that came with this Kit to add moistured to reheat the meat. I prefer chopped lettuce, tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese as toppings to put on top of the meat. The shells are crispy enough where one could eat them cold, rather than heated. I worry about the shells folding inwards while heating and we didn't heat ours long enough to make them crispy. I tried one cold and since these shells are kinda expensive, I will probably eat this batch of shells cold (I've a Kit in my cart as I type this). This brand is a high quality brand and I would recommend them as long as you know how to prepare tacos. Thus, my long comment.
