It is too sweet for me, so I use 1 1/2 spoon instead of 2. It is perfect for skipping some meals, mixing with unflavored MCT C8 oil or even with a pinch of Glucomannan pure powder and OMG delicious!!

The is product has a lot of organic ingredients which makes it different from a lot of other keto shake mixes. I contains organic grass fed butter, organic nonfat milks and Truly Grass Fed whey protein isolate and many more organic ingredients and that is why it is more expensive than other keto shakes drinks. I got it when it was on sale. I use this as a base for a mid morning smoothie snack. It contains 50 mg of caffeine per serving. It tastes good and It's made with organic stevia and organic fair trade chocolate.
