When I started taking CoQ10 - I bought Qunol Mega Ubiquinol CoQ10 100mg. I took for about 2 months but started noticing one day that I had been having a lot of anxiety for a couple months and couldn't figure out why. My daughter also was taking the same supplement and she mentioned the same thing. So I decided to get off of it and try another brand. I came across Garden of Life Raw CoQ10 Chia Seed and bought. My god what a difference it made. No more anxiety, lowered by blood pressure and I feel so much better. I will never ever by any other CoQ10. I love this brand and would highly recommend this anyone.

Garden of Life is always high quality and trust worthy product to me, I bought this for my husband but discovered the capsule is not one to be opened and put contents in a feeding tube so I take it myself. Still looking for a COQ10 supplement that comes in powder form.
