Wouldn't recommend it for building muscle but more so for retaining muscle mass, either for aging folks, or for people like me who were bed ridden. I had a really bad shoulder injury and couldn't lift weights for 4 months, but I kept most of my muscle mass -- 205 lbs at 10% body fat, and I only lost 8 lbs during that whole time. I definitely recommend this product if you are injured and can't lift for an extended period of time.

I was initially skeptical of using substances like this because its something that is not too popular, but for me personally I noticed an increase in strength and muscular endurance. Within a month of a proper high intensity traning program and proper nutrition I was able to in increase my bench from 275- 305.
