Ashwagandha with immediate effect and sustained release is serious! It builds your body while you sleep! I'm on a diet right now, but when I took this and measured my muscle mass in-body, it didn't decrease at all! Absolutely thanks to this for the past month! Build muscle while reducing body fat that I thought was impossible. This is cool!
