I actually bought these patches to stop myself from rubbing. I kept rubbing the same areas of my face, causing red, irritated patches. This stopped me from rubbing and allowed the skin to heal. I'll definitely buy again if the issue pops up. I'm not sure how well it protects against the sun, but it was still moisutizing and soothing to my skin.

Have tried them today. I went to the beach and put them on before leaving the house. Mind you it is +40 degrees here. I spent about 2.5 hours outside and the patches stayed put. I didn’t enter the sea though, so can’t tell how would they behave if the face gets wet. It seems there is some product on them because the application had soothing benefits to my cheeks. On the outside the patches are same material like that brown Leukoplast, if you know what I mean. All in all - very happy with the product. I wish it was a bit cheaper.
