this is the prebiotic supplement with the largest number of different kinds of fibre ingredients I have been able to find. The container and scoop are a convenient size, and the price is relatively reasonable compared to other options. Works great in smoothies — I never notice any weird texture or taste. Keep in mind that if you mix it with a liquid and let it sit for a long time it will thicken up a bit

I have recently started making my own yogurt using this product combined with a probiotic that I also order from Amazon. This is high quality and i trust the ingredients in it. It is keto friendly , no added sugar. This product is so good for your gut health and since using this to make my yogurt I have improved my health. I usually use about 4 tlbs. of this for each batch and it lasts quite awhile. They have it in flavored and unflavored which I prefer.
