The veggie capsules are small and easy to swallow. I take one capsule daily with food. It's a high-grade oral probiotic that's perfect for my female flora balance issue. This supplement are good for woman if you get itchy for your private part. The size of the it is small quite easy to swallow. I take it after 3-5 days together with the dried redberry, my itchy problem solved .The quality of this brand is good. Hope they will have regular promotion. No special taste.
This is a great probiotic for women. I admit to noticing quite a difference after I had been taking these for a couple weeks. While I often have bouts of insomnia, I actually slept really well when taking these. It’s good for my gut as my bowel movement become regular and do not constipate. Very small tablet, easy to swallow no weird after taste.
When I was having candida, I looked up on probiotics to help with my gut and this is the first one I tried. It’s a small capsule size and comes in a cute packaging tub. The quality is good but I’ve since found another one from garden of life to be better.
I've tried many probiotics and have never noticed any difference, but these are amazing! I take one daily but take two on days that I feel gross or eat something especially heavy. I love love love the fact that they don't have to be refrigerated — makes it a lot easier to travel and keep these as part of your vitamin regimen.
I could feel the difference immidiately after started taking these probiotics. I also noticed the times when I wasn't taking them, so they work great for me. also I am allergic to lactose so it is great that it is not one of the fillers in the ingredients. I allllways make sure to have these in my fridge (you don't have to keep them in there, but I do). I used to have a lot of issues with gut health which impacts your whole body. With these I really do feel and see the changes and haven't had the issues I used to have since starting, and if by chance I feel something arise, I double dose and take two capsules and truly within a day or two im back to tip top shape. Never stop selling these iherb!!!!

Great quality, does the job. I was using Pearls before but heard so many great things about Fem Dophilus and now I know why. Has all the ingredients I need, all the good bacteria. Capsule size is not too big. love that it helps my microbiome and seems to absorb well.
Absolutely amazing quality with loads of benefit. It greatly reduces the smell of my leucorrhea and improved my digestion (as a bonus). I feel like my microbiome has become so much better and I rarely suffer from constipation now. This supplement has a small size and no taste, it is very easy to swallow.
