I can't speak to the claims of faster recovery after a workout, but the flavor is good. If you read the product description, it recommends taking this twice a day. Maybe that would result in more tangible effects, but just the one pack didn't make a difference for me. I'm not ready to add another "twice daily" thing into my routine.
