After enjoying Julian Bakery's chocolate lava bar I was looking forward to trying this one and was quite disappointed. The bar is very tough. Biting into it was kinda hard and not enjoyable. After chewing on it for a while it softened and the taste was nice but I don't think I'll order it again.

A very chewy type protein bar which I don't really like but is likely personal preference. The thing with this bar though is that the flavor is also not good. Perhaps because it is low sugar, it really is not sweet at all.
