Take it everyday besides weekends... wash the pills down with a shot of espresso upon waking up. Maybe start with 2 or 3 caps if u have low caffeine tolerance. I trust the ingredients since Dr. Jim Stoppani is reputable. With a proper diet and exercise will definitely help burn fat.

Have been a big fan of JYM products since weight training. Bought this for my wife to shed excess stubborn fat after recommendation from our personal trainer. Excellent product with fast results, of course with significant weight training and good balanced diet. Started off with 2 capsules to acclimatise the effects and changed over to recommended 4 capsules within a week. Initially she developed some bowel irritation, but those early discomforts subsided over a few days. It surely does what it says, lose the fat, shred it, burn it !! Recommended for all those committed ones who can back up with some training and good diet.

this is my 2nd purchase even though its expensive. i love the overall effect i felt upon taking it. i am able to tolerate 4 pills on first attempt. It surpressed my appetite, feeling moderately full. Amazing products, although it is very strong. I advice people to start with 2 pills, 1h before workout and away from their pre workout, following with 2 pills straight after workout. Do this for the first week at least and if it feels great progress to 4 pills in 1 serving. Do not forget to have a proper diet and training program, the pills itself are not magic alone 😊

This is my first time using this product but it has all of the essential ingredients for a great fat burning product. Ive been in the fitness industry for over 20 years and the Stoppani brand is one of the best, most trusted names out there so i decided to give this product a try. For a stim based fat burner this one is pretty goid. It does have a bit of a jittery affect athe first few times of usage but not unbearable like some other products. These affects do subside after a few days. The key ingredient Rauwolscine is the reason i opted for this product because research shows that this in combination with the other ingredients is a powerful fat burner.

No heartburn, my temperature and heart rate are slightly elevated which helps burn more fat, but still within normal levels so not dangerous or anything. Also Temperature not to high to be mistaken with Covid-19 symptoms (which was my first concern before buying)

Well it had both yohimbine and Rauwolscine , which is both needed for fat burning especially if you are doing fasted cardio , I notice big different once I use it after I wake up on fasted cardio
