It's convenient for a quick meal that helps meet my protein goals at the end of the day when I get home from evening dance class and too tired from the traffic to prepare dinner. It's a bit watery so I let it simmer longer in the stove and add hemp seeds for added heartiness and protein then pair it with Ezekiel bread. I was expecting a bigger tetra pack but it's so tiny! This soup tastes amazing (so cheesy) however should be available in a bigger package size. Easy to use, just heat and drink/eat (I microwave mine as I take it to work). The composition is on the perfectly runny side, but not too runny. It contains good quality, organic ingredients which are beneficial to our health. The collagen does wonders for me. Perfect for a low carb diet. I highly recommend this soup.
