A good quality product. Ingredients and composition are complexe and huge. They call it superfood! Most ingredients have antioxidant properties and other health benefits such as improvement energy level, circulation, mood etc. This formula has great taste, arrives in a beautiful package and mixes well in water. It is convenient for most people of all ages. But i stopped taking it because one of the ingredient gave me eyes irritation.

I wanted a high quality, superfood packed drink mix with a yummy taste. I have used many of the KOS protein powders and love their credentials and feel good supporting such a wonderful brand. This drink mix is fantastic in super cold water, it tastes like a sweet fruit punch and has all whole food, antioxidant rich ingredients. The package is easy to open and stores nicely. I have not noticed any improvement in my health, but it does make it easier to get in my water for the day which is a big benefit. I follow a very clean diet as I'm at an age where I need to be mostly thoughtful on intake and feel this is a safe go to for something sweet.
