Surprised by the Quality of this variant having ingredient DHA alone with out fish oil having plant origin. I am in 40s still studying along at this age it helped me a lot in cognitive performance because it's the part of Omega 3 that supports brain and heart, also good for eyes and hair. Good benefits in Cholesterol management as well No fishy after taste due to algae origin, it work along with EPA for improving from inflammations as well Recommended 👍
I was happy to find just a DHA product . The size of the capsule isn't too big, there is no fish smell or taste and the dosage isn't too high or too low. I can't really say what it does, but mentally I feel better . I feel like I'm doing something good for my heart and that helps me a lot.
I only buy DHA from algae as many research papers indicate algae is the superior source. Unfortunately it is not easy to find in retail locations. Thankfully iHerb carries this product which fits my preference. Wish it was a little less pricy, but you get the quality that you pay for and this product seems to help my memory stay sharp.
Good price for DHA. From algae source so a source of omega that is from the ocean but does not have any taste issues. Not from fish. Benefit for brain and eye health. I seem to have less dry eye when taking it. Seems to help with LDL cholesterol too.
I’ve been very happy with the quality and price of this brand. There is no fish taste. Between other vegan options of omega this i would say has the best ingredients and has had benefits on my hair and skin. The packaging is simple and because of the high mg you only need to take one a day
I am so pleased I have found this supplement, I have taken fish oil supplements for a long time I cannot tolerate them any longer, it will make me nauseous. But with menopause, I started having skin issues, and I was hoping to find a good omega3 supplement, I am more than happy with this one and strongly recommend it ! Easy to take, no aftertaste or digestion issues, great results in the long run (over 1 month).
Good quality. I take it with other antioxidants and oil based supplements (astaxanthin, D vitamins) to improve absorption. It’s hard to notice an immediate benefit with this kind of supplement, but the research data is there so I think it’s working and probably worth the investment. The package is fine, no bad smell or aftertaste.
It's extremely hard to find vegan omega. Didn't notice any benefits, but also no negative side effects. A package lasts for 60 days. Only 1 softgel a day, which is always a good thing; most of omegas need taking 2-3 a day which can be irritating when taking more supplements.
It’s my first time trying this type of omega supplements. I like the size of this one better because usually omega pills are huge. I bought them because I read that the derivated omega from algae is more concentrated vs the fish one, not sure about the quality but will see.
I love these. I've been struggling with brain fog and have noticed a significant increase in mental clarity since starting these. The only time I've noticed any ocean-esque reflux is when I took one on an empty stomach, but I've had no issues since then as I only take them with food now. Will definitely be buying more.
