Compared to my Medela plastic flange, this silicone one leaves my nipples sore and before the end of the pumping session, it starts hurting. Also the liquid measurement marks on the cups aren't correct which can be frustrating. As much as I wished more portable option, I would use these cups and it's sad coz they are quite pricey
