This product is amazing! I felt a migraine coming and I used it. In 5 minutes all my head pressure is gone! So grateful I found something that works! Another positive aspect is that it does not irritate sensitive skin. It is very easy to use, without touching with your fingers. I also love the soft minty scent.

i use magnesium spray on my jaw joints every night before sleep for night bruxism, the spray is oily and i need to massage it into the stiff muscles with my fingers which is so uncomfortable, and having to wash my hands afterwards ugh. sometimes I've already washed hands and feel that I need another fix, that would get me out of bed to wash hands again. was glad to find this, it works really well

My eight year old has trouble falling asleep so I rub this on her feet and her neck when she goes to bed and she says it helps her to fall asleep quickly. I would recommend this product to try if you and your child is having a bit of trouble falling asleep. It seems affective!

scent is herbal and relaxing. i use it on days w/tension headache or eye strain. quality ingredients! perfect size to keep with you in a purse or pocket. just rub a little on your temples or neck and breathe in beneficial herbs to relax and calm you. i was surprised it worked so quickly. doesn't feel sticky or leave any residue on your skin. absorbs fast.

I have been consuming magnesium through various products from the same brand the spray which I love, the body shower and the roller. I keep the roller in my purse just in case i get the mid-day blues. Works like magic without the need to use a panadol. If you use screen most of ur day I recommend this whenever u have a light headache before it evolves.

Very nicely scented roll-on with hint of magic inside. Really helps me with headaches as I've already noticed with the spray from this producer. It's also very convenient to take with you because of small package size. Will buy again upon need, as I think this is great thing to have!

I love the effect that this roll-on has, it's very refreshing! I definitely feel better after I use it! It has a nice scent! It's pricy but I guess it's worth it because you don't need that much of it! I use it on my forehead and neck.

So this is a good product, it does work. It will not stop the migraine but it does help when you are having a hard episode. I keep it in my first aid kit. Only downside but I guess it's part of the composition and why it works is that I don't know if it has alcohol but it can be a bit too much for the skin, I get a bit pink/red but again it does work so I don't mind getting my face slightly pinkish for couple of minutes
