Curl "custards" are my favorite type of styling product! It seems like every time I try a new one labeled "custard" or "jelly," the light slippery texture just plays well with my dry 3A/B curls. This was no exception: it created really crisp and deep curl definition. (I combined it with the pom & honey leave-in conditioner from the same line). In my experience, custards have strogner hold than gels. Will re-purchase!

i love this, but don't use too much or it'll leave a sticky residue on your scalp. i wasn't expecting it to look the way it does, but it kind of reminds me of gel? it left my 4c coils quite defined afterwards though. i used an oil afterwards to really seal in the the moisture and it lasted for a few days so i highly recommend it.
