The new improved formula doesn't taste as good as the previous one. The little chunks of cookie are almost non existent now and the powder is a much finer consistency. Taste is ok and similar to the old one but still not quite the same. It does mix ok in a shaker cup and doesn't clump like the new version of the chocolate milk flavour.

While the ingredients inside this product are many and varied - the quality of those ingredients is not quite up to standard. Some of them seem worth trying but others will not benefit your body as much as they could have if they had a greater nutritional value to you. It's more than acceptable given the price and most people will find it good enough but importantly, don't expect too much out of it and you should be fine with your purchase. Packaging is nondescript but respectable.
