this one is AMAZING i live by this product. if you struggle to fall asleep, especially because you feel stressed or anxious.. do yourself a favor and buy this now. it will pass you out. it tastes like a candy and im honestly excited to take one before bed. it’s only 6 mg of melatonin but somehow it works better than other products. great taste and size, amazing quality, i wish i could give it more than 5 stars!!!
I've been using the Natrol brand for years and trust their quality of melatonin ingredients. This quickly dissolves to get you to sleep fast and has the added benefit of L-Theanine to keep you asleep. It has a very mild berry taste that dissolves quickly which makes it great for people who can't swallow tablets.
I used to have troubled nights during times of extreme stress. Then I started to take this and some of the other soothing herbs and extracts on my list before going to sleep. Tastes great! Helped me fall asleep fast and stay asleep after returning from overseas and having jet lag! Works better than some of the other products I've tried from the same maker! possibly the combined dosages of melatonin and L-Theanine combined in this product are just right. Will probably order again!
This brand makes good products. I’ve purchased a few versions of their melatonin, and they work well. Helped my with my sleep issues PTSD. I took it every night for 3 months slowly reducing the mg, and finally I can sleep well by myself without taking any of these anymore.
This is a good melatonin very good quality helped me sleep very quickly and I did not wake up at night you only need one to dissolve in your mouth and you need 20 minutes and boom you’re asleep the taste is actually so good I wanted to take a more but I had to stop myself the size is good also she was fine good ingredients

I have problems falling asleep and have been buying this product regularly for years. I trust the company and I think the ingredients are good, the size is perfect. It works (not always, of course) pretty well and tasty, and I can eat it in bed without water, this is the biggest reason I choose this product. About the dosage, it has a good amount of melatonin in it and I keep taking it because I think it has improved my sleep a lot. It used to have a one-touch lid that was easy to open, but recently it has become screw-on. I liked the old package better, but I only reuse the old package in the winter because the contents get damp and very soft during the humid season. Unfortunately the price has gone up a lot recently, and if the price goes up any more, I'll look for another one, hope not!
As someone who has trouble sleeping, I've found this product helpful. I place one tablet under my tongue and let it dissolve about 30 minutes before bedtime and I can usually feel more relaxed and ready to sleep by the time I actually lay down. The ingredients of melatonin & L-Theanine are a good combination and make this a quality sleep aid in my opinion.
