The day tablets have definitely helped my anxiety! I haven’t had a racing heart since on the tablets and feel generally calmer during the day (even with 2 toddlers). The night tablets definitely help me fall asleep faster and wake up less during the night. Only issue is I don’t want to get up in the morning as I’m still tired. Maybe because I was so used to waking up so often before the nights felts longer? Also because I’m more rested I’m not getting tired until later. But overall certainly feeling better and getting better rest!

Ordered these ones during a very stressful and difficult period. Noticed changes for the better after about 3 days - started falling asleep easier and slept longer. After about a week the regimen got stabilized and I have managed to maintain a healthy sleep and a better response to the stressful situation I was facing.

I don't have trouble sleeping but the night pill does make it even easier for me to get to sleep. And the day pill brings some tranquil feeling in my heart as I start the day. It's not like a miraculous turnaround but it helps. The night pill is a bit big though.

Definitely works - has a strong calming effect. The night tablet made my partner and I sleep deeply and soundly - more than we've been able to in ages. The smell of the tablets really isn't that bad. They're made of natural ingredients so it's expected. The day tablets are also effective, however, they made me super sleepy to the point I battled to concentrate at work so I can't really take them in the week. However, my partner was fine when he took them in the day. Guess it depends on the person. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a natural, calming solution.
