I made an ordering error in trying to buy the Calm product that features just magnesium. I decided to use this and cut our the calcium that I am taking. I like the flavor which uses stevia as the ingredient to sweeten it. Be sure that you follow the package directions to begin with a small amount of warm water and let it fizz and stir it well before adding more water. Otherwise something in it does not dissolve well and it gets to be hard small pieces. I still feel the benefit of magnesium with this product.
