I have chronic gastritis and some problems with gut flora (I also got dyshidrosis when my digestion problems started) and after taking this medication I spotted that I feel more comfortable, have less bloating and belching and dyshidrosis got reduced which is an indication that Gastro Guardian works. I would not recommend to take this for longer periods of time because it contains Fenugreek (Ayurveda prescribed this to people with gastritis) that can affect your hormonal levels especially if you're a woman, but a short-term remedy I really liked the product.

I have both IBS and GERD. Because of Gastro Guardian, I am able to eat more normally and have almost no heartburn. I can even eat an occasional tomato. It's a great product and I wish it was more well known.
