Started using this daily 6 days ago to help my dog recover from anemia caused by advanced kidney disease and it seems to be helping. It's a small pill for my medium size pup and she has no problems eating the pill without hiding it - strange since she's super picky about food now that she doesn't feel well.

Quality is ok. Ingredients are like other pills. Size was fine. Folic acid is the man-made form of folate. Folate is a B-vitamin naturally found in some foods. It is needed to form healthy cells, especially red blood cells, so is great for everyone. It can enhance energy as well.
I am happy with these folic acid vitamins. The potency is what I need and the pills are a small size. I have no way to know for sure but I believe the ingredient are good quality.
