Honestly i had a lot of hope in this product, i have finished a whole bottle hoping to see at least 1% of results but it was not effective for me at all. I used to take one pill a day. I honestly dont know much about the ingredients but it was all natural so i wasnt worried. The size is quite good. It smells a bit weird to be frank.
